Design of an internet training system to accompany the simultaneous roll-out
of over 15 sofware upgrades with a small team of 3. This program helped
bring employees that are spread world-wide (from Oman to Australia to
India and back to the US) up to speed more quickly than ever before.
Created a context sensitive help system for a geologic software program
with sales over $14,000,000 annually.
Created Usability studies and tests for several of their earth modeling
software programs. This information helped sell the new upgrade quicker
and helped plan enhancements for the next upgrade. She also created User
Profiles that helped programmers and designers produce more effective
GUIs.
Designed, wrote and reasearched presentations for upper management.
Created motivational video programs for their Worldwide Developers Conference
in association with Dave Gignac.
